What the site is

Lake Pueblo Roofing publishes roofing information for Pueblo and the towns around it and passes requests on to a local roofer. Marketing Doctor LLC itself does not do roofing, has no roofers on staff, does not inspect roofs and does not give quotes.

The roofer who contacts you runs their own business. Whatever you agree with them about the job is a deal between the two of you, and this site is not part of it.

Limits

We have no say over how those roofers work, what they charge, when they turn up or how they behave, and we give no guarantee about any of it. We are choosy about who gets the calls and we drop anyone who lets homeowners down, but being passed a request is not a warranty.

What the site says about prices, materials, licences, Colorado law and insurance is general background, checked in good faith. It cannot know your roof, your policy or your contract, so it is not engineering, legal or insurance advice. Price figures are ranges, never offers.

Pages that discuss the state roofing statute or local licensing show the date they were checked. Laws and local rules change, so confirm anything important before acting on it, and take a disputed signed contract to a lawyer rather than to a roofer or to us.

Fair use

Send requests only when you want a roofer to call, and only with your own details or details you have permission to share. Only ask about property you own, look after, or have the owner’s go ahead for. Do not copy the site in bulk or try to disrupt it.

Copyright

The writing on this site belongs to Marketing Doctor LLC. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine; copying whole pages is not.

Liability

To the extent Colorado law allows, Marketing Doctor LLC accepts no liability for indirect or knock on losses from using this site or from any job done by a roofer you were put in touch with. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.
